The outline of the Vendor dashboard also includes a Products section, which is a combination of several Product Reports:
By default, available filters are: Brands, Categories, Price position, Opportunities, MAP, Tags, Stock, Promotion, Recency.
How to apply filters. Please consider a two way verification in applying filters.
After selecting the necessary filters for various parameters, the user can only apply filters by clicking on the corresponding button. Also, all filters can be reset with a single click of the mouse, by clicking on the "Reset" button. The display of information is much faster.
Product section contains: Product Name, Article, Market positioning, Market prices (range of retailers), Availability on the market, Prices of relevant stores. At the moment by default, 200 SKUs are displayed on the page, without the possibility of changing this number.
A total of 2 sets of columns are available - default and custom. User can customize their set and order to satisfy specific preference. To switch to the column settings mode, go to the Column Configuration:
Information display settings
As mentioned above, Competera interface allows you to customize the display of the information by applying Column Configuration menu. In the pop-up window, you can swap and move columns. When you click on the "Add columns" option, you can select additional options for displaying, such as information about the Stocks, the First violator, or the prices of specific Retailers. Save selected column outline or disregard changes and switch to a default column view.
Individual controls are grouped in a special Action Bar at the top of the page:
The following options are available:
- Editing tags
- Select all products
- Un-select all items
- Report violations of the selected goods (not active, if no goods are selected)
- Saving the report
- Export the report (Excel / CSV)
Logic of color information visualization
For a more convenient price visualization, the Price Report uses the color coding format of the price. Basic principles of such design:
Green - favorable price positioning
Red - price positioning needs to be reviewed
Gray - not available / unavailable / inactive
We will discuss these principles in more detail in the context of each possible column.
Column “MAP”: Column “Market Prices disposition”: Column "Availability at market":
Column “First violator”:
This column displays the date and name of the retailer, which had the first violation recorded during the last scan. If there is no data, the system did not record a single violation.
Working with tags
The product report also provides the ability to add Tag-specific features (characteristics) on the desired SKUs in order to more easily and efficiently work with them:
It is possible to work with both single and mass tags of products. If only one product is selected, all tags of this product will be displayed. You can delete them or add new ones.
If more than one product is selected, only the tags that all products have are displayed.
Removal / addition of tags in this case will be massive. It is important to keep in mind that tags are added / removed not immediately. It takes a few minutes, the user is notified of the change by a special pop-up message.
