- At the beginning of your path with Competera your Customer Success Manager will conduct the all-encompassing Demo over the product and its major features. During the Demo, the user's dashboard is configured to the presences.
- Each user gets an access to the Knowledge Base materials, which have an easy to read outline and VARIOUS sections of interest.
- Support reps are available during weekdays, starting from 9am till 5 am (EEST). They are always ready to tackle any issue and solve an upcoming problem.
