To apply the desired filter, the user should click and apply the action in the designated field, then the system automatically within a few seconds will sort items out of the cohort. Using filters is not limited to a single session. The user can select any number of filters in each session.
Some specifics of applying filters
The most popular filters are prices and goods availability. According to statistics, they are used consistently and in various ways.
The filter 'Price' contains several values to choose.
- You can manipulate with absolute deviation percentages and determine the difference.
- You could use values such as more / less expensive and slightly more expensive / bit cheaper.
- Select values which are equal to your competitors' prices
Under options, 'We cheaper' or 'More expensive,' you'll get all the products range, which corresponds to this parameter. However, it is possible to adjust the ignored price threshold and eliminate some prices. This feature has its value in the case when you do not want to receive too small deviations, within 1-3%.
To configure ignored price threshold price can be reached in the dashboard settings.
Let's continue to the second most popular product filter - Availability
This filter can show you information on both the availability of your products and competitors' products. It is also possible to filter the items that were not found in competitors or is available only in some of them.
This information will be useful for understanding the presence of competitors of specific brands or the whole product line that you are selling.
While using filters, the user should take into consideration that by applying several options, the result might have slightly irrelevant information. Therefore, we recommend, to use filters wisely and slip away from overfilling the data selection.
