2. Support Ticket Center - a semi-automatic system that stores and updates the status of the various user requests (tickets). User reports an error via dashboard error reporting system.
3. The Knowledge Base - the repository of User Guides and manuals for how to become a Pricing Hero and get to know Competera solution in just few steps! Available via the corporate website Competera.net or via direct link.
