If there is no price in the dashboard but you know that this exact product is available on the competitor's site, there might be few options:
- In the first case, the link was not found during the initial matching. It is easy to repair by just adding the link to the system )
- In the second case, the link was found, but during the last scan, the spider failed to collect the data. In such situation, an error should be reported to support by using an automatic notification system. Instructions are available in the User's Guide.
- In the third case, the link was found, but the goods went out of stock or have been removed, respectively the link will direct to 404-page error.
In any case, do not panic and contact the support, by specifying SKU product number or sending a link to the product card in the dashboard :)
