We have optimized the creation of notifications in the "Email Alerts" section
You can now edit and save the parameters of the new notification in a single pop-up window, instead of the old interface with three tabs.
The button "Contact the manager" has been transferred to the section "Need help?"
We moved the button "Contact the manager" to the separate section "Need help?" in the side menu.
This section includes two options: "Create a request" and "Suggest a feature".
The option "Create a request" opens the "Technical Support Portal" where you can create an appropriate request to the Competera support service.
The option "Suggest the feature" opens a form in which you can suggest creating or deleting a function in the dashboard. Information from this form sends directly to the product manager.
The filter panel in the "Products" section has been updated.
To simplify the work with the data, we changed the display of the filter panel. After the user selects the necessary filters and clicks the "Apply" button, the filter panel is automatically hidden.
To set the filter panel, you need to "pin" it in the upper right corner of the panel.
To hide or show the filter panel manually, you need to click the button on the side.
The option Save filter was added to the Products section.
The most necessary filters in the work - at a distance of one click.
Filter the report by the required parameters and click "Save Filter." Now you can use, edit or delete the saved filter at any time.
