Learn how to improve your data
In addition to the user options of creating and managing manual rematch orders, there is an accessible page for confirmed orders and the status of each match.
How to check the order status
- Open Data Delivery — Rematching — Rematch orders.
- The Approval column reflects both approved and pending orders. The latter can be either approved or declined.
- You can also view statistics and details of an approved order. For this purpose, click on the number of matches in the corresponding column:
What is shown on the order page?
Proceeding to the page described above, you can view the overview of the statistics, as well as the details and status of each match in the order.
The left side shows the number of matches sent for rematching, they either are being processed or have already been processed and here you can review their current status. The status of matchings that are included in the order updates every 2 hours.
The right side comprises general information:
- the number of approved matches that are being or will be processed
- the number of matches declined for various reasons
Status |
What does it mean? |
Approved |
The manager of your company has approved rematching. |
Match deleted |
The order was created and approved by the manager but the match was not processed due to being removed during the period from the order creation to the start of the recheck process. |
Already matched |
The matching was changed outside of the recheck process before order confirmation. If the matching has changed after the confirmation and the order launch, it will not be canceled and will be rematched, due to which it can be overwritten if the matches are different. |
In another order |
The match already belongs to another order and will be processed as a part of it, or the matching is currently processed outside of the manual recheck workflow. |
Declined by manager |
The order was created and sent for approval, but the manager rejected separate categories. |
Here you can also filter the order items by status or the reason why a rematch has been skipped:
At the bottom of the page there are details of each match that contain general information about the product, competitor, as well as the match status. When a match will be processed, you will see the completion date, and if the it was found there will be its URL, or the “Not found” status.
